Reported on this guy and his caller ID spoofing capability/service a few days ago here. Turns out that the NYTimes created a problem for the poor entrepreneur. It seems that while some businesses are very interested (bill collectors),some people are not thrilled by the potential and are willing to threaten Jepson with his life.
