Canadian venture capitalists have popped their noses out and decided that they like the look of the weather. Venture spring could be just around the corner, especially in the humbled technology sector. According to a little item in the G&M, "The information technology sector accounted for 54 per cent of investments in the second quarter, up from 40 per cent in the first quarter."
