So the Court in Delaware thinks that Lord Black is being vexatious, hypocritical, and acting only to "line his own pockets" in his quest to force the sale of The Telegraph to be put to a vote of Hollinger shareholders. I guess the Court believes so at least because Black controls voting shareholdings with some 68%. Doing so might effectively nullify the orders against him viz. Hollinger.
